New from February – we’ll be offering beginner Pilates and Yogalates classes.  The benefits of Pilates crossed with the relaxation of yoga – a winning combination for mind and body.

We offer yoga & meditation classes online and in person, corporate yoga, private yoga lessons, workshops & yoga retreats
