Cultivating Calm
22 November
A gift for the first ten guests
The first 10 people to book will also receive a complimentary lavender eye pillow.
We’ll use your eye pillow during Yoga Nidra at the workshop, and it’s yours to take home afterwards for meditation, relaxation and future Yoga Nidra practices.
If you join me for future workshops, bring it back with you, your own little Cultivating Calm retreat kit.
Cultivating Calm Christmas Companion
You’ll also receive your own Cultivating Calm Christmas Companion to use during the workshop and take home with you.
Rather than another Christmas to-do list, it’s a collection of reflections and practices designed to help you return to your intentions throughout the festive season.
We’ll use parts of it together during the workshop, and there will be plenty left to explore at home as December unfolds.

Sunday 22 November 2026 | 2 hours | The Pavilion, Chichester
As the year begins to draw to a close and the festive season approaches, give yourself permission to pause.
Cultivating Calm is a two-hour seasonal mini-retreat in the gorgeous Pavilion studio, combining Yin Yoga, meditation, guided reflection and Yoga Nidra. All designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and consider how you really want to experience the weeks ahead.
Before December fills with plans, presents, parties and expectations, we’ll make a little space: to breathe, to rest and to cultivate calm.
We often prepare for the holiday season by thinking about everything we need to do.
Shopping, cooking, the people we need to see and the places we need to be. The traditions to maintain. All things we want to do but what if you could plan how you want to experience it.
During Cultivating Calm, we’ll explore the idea that we don’t simply have to rush headlong into the festive season. We can make conscious choices about what we want to create, what we want to make space for and what we might be ready to let go of.
We’ll move through themes of grounding, gratitude, connection and intention, using the practices of yoga and meditation to step away from the noise for a while and listen to what we actually need.
Who is it for?
Cultivating Calm is suitable for anyone who would like to step away from the end-of-year rush for a couple of hours.
You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need an established yoga or meditation practice. And you don’t need to be feeling particularly calm when you arrive.
The workshop is about creating the conditions in which you can slow down, rest and reconnect with yourself.
Yin Yoga is largely floor-based and poses are held for several minutes at a time. I’ll offer options throughout so that you can find a version that works for your body
If you’d like to attend as a chair yogi (which is absolutely fine) please let us know by email.
