Corporate/Office Yoga

We offer corporate yoga lessons in person in the Chichester area and online.  Classes can be offered as a course or as individual events for wellness days.

Private Lessons

Private lessons can be booked online or in person in East Wittering or West Wittering.  We can also organise a private session at a studio in East Wittering.
