Course Details
This engaging 4-hour qualification empowers learners with the confidence and practical knowledge to make a real difference to mental health and wellbeing. The course also builds a vital understanding of stress, including how to recognise it and take positive steps to manage it.
Learners are not expected to diagnose or treat mental health conditions—this is the role of healthcare professionals.
